Individual Test User Licence – Natsura Asset Resource Packs
1. Purpose
Natsura is preparing to launch a curated store for high-quality digital asset resource packs. As part of this process, selected individual artists are being invited to test early Asset Resource Packs supplied by Natsura, beginning with the Beech and Oak packs.
The purpose of this test programme is to gather practical feedback on asset quality, usability, formats, presentation, documentation, pricing, and future store development. In return for participation, the tester receives early access to the test assets on the terms below.
2. Test Assets
The "Test Assets" are the Beech and Oak Asset Resource Packs, together with any related files, textures, meshes, materials, documentation, updates, or other content supplied through the test programme.
3. Licence
Natsura grants the tester a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Test Assets for non-commercial use only, on an end-user basis.
This means the tester may use the Test Assets in personal test scenes, learning exercises, portfolio artworks, renders, videos, environments, demos and similar non-commercial projects, provided the Test Assets are incorporated into a finished work and are not made available as standalone assets or in any form that allows extraction or reuse by third parties.
The Test Assets must not be used for any commercial, professional, client, studio, employer, production, product-development, prototyping, pre-production, research and development, or revenue-generating purpose unless separately approved in writing by Natsura.
4. Restrictions
The tester must not:
- sell, resell, license, sublicense, share, distribute, upload, publish or otherwise make available the Test Assets as standalone assets;
- include the Test Assets in any asset pack, marketplace product, template, stock library, downloadable project file, tutorial source file, modding resource, dataset, or similar redistributable product;
- use the Test Assets for any commercial, professional, production, product-development, prototyping, pre-production, research and development, client, studio, employer, contractor, outsourcing, team, or revenue-generating purpose unless separately approved in writing;
- use the Test Assets for third-party outsourcing, contractor, studio, employer, client or team use unless separately approved in writing;
- use the Test Assets for AI training, machine learning datasets, synthetic data generation, or model development;
- remove or obscure any copyright, ownership or attribution notices included with the Test Assets;
- use the Test Assets in any way that would compete with the sale of the original Asset Resource Packs.
5. Confidentiality and Public Use
Until the relevant asset pack has been publicly announced or released by Natsura, the tester must keep the Test Assets and the test programme confidential.
The tester must not publish, share, display, stream, post, or otherwise make public any images, videos, breakdowns, files, materials, or information relating to the Test Assets or the test programme before that time, unless Natsura gives prior written approval.
6. Feedback
The tester agrees to provide reasonable feedback on the Test Assets when requested. Natsura may use this feedback to improve the assets, store, documentation, pricing, presentation and future products.
Unless separately agreed, no payment or royalty is due to the tester for feedback, suggestions, comments, bug reports or improvement ideas.
7. Final Packs and Test Group Discount
As a thank-you for participating, the tester will receive the final released versions of the Beech and Oak Asset Resource Packs free of charge when they become available through the official Natsura store.
The free final Beech and Oak packs will be supplied under the relevant Natsura Indie Licence Tier, as determined by Natsura at or before release.
The tester will also receive a 30% discount on future Natsura Asset Resource Packs purchased through the official Natsura store for 12 months from official store launch, provided those purchases are made under the relevant Natsura Indie Licence Tier.
The discount does not apply to bespoke work, custom licences, enterprise licences, special promotions, or other excluded products unless Natsura agrees otherwise.
8. Ownership
The Test Assets remain the property of their respective owner or licensor. No ownership rights are transferred to the tester.
9. Withdrawal of Access
Natsura may withdraw test access if the tester breaches these terms. On request, the tester must stop using and delete any confidential or unreleased Test Assets, except to the extent they have already been incorporated into permitted non-commercial finished works under this licence.
10. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using the Test Assets, the tester agrees to these terms.
