At Natsura, we care about your privacy and want to be clear about what we do (and don’t do) with your data.
What We Track
We use PostHog Analytics to understand how people use our website and software.
This helps us improve Natsura, fix issues, and see which features are most useful.
PostHog collects information like page visits, clicks, and feature usage.
We don’t use it for advertising or selling data.
Purchases & Licensing
We don’t store your payment information. Purchases are handled securely by Paddle, our payment provider.
We do keep your name and email from purchases so we can manage your license.
When you renew a license, we store logs of the renewal event which includes your email.
Support & Diagnostics
If you send us logs, screenshots, or technical info for debugging, we’ll only use it to fix the problem.
Once an issue is resolved (or after 120 days, whichever comes first), we delete that data.
What We Don’t Do
We don’t sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
We don’t track you across other websites.
We don’t store passwords or payment card details.
Your Control
You can ask us anytime for a copy of the information we have about you.
You can also ask us to delete it permanently — though note that if we delete your license data, your software may no longer activate.
Legal Stuff
We may share information if required by law or if there’s unlawful or fraudulent use of Natsura or our services.
