Support

Where to get help when the documentation doesn't cover your problem, and what to gather before you reach out so it can be solved quickly.

When you hit something the documentation doesn't cover, reach out. The more context you bring, the faster a problem gets solved. Before contacting support, gather:

  • Your versions. The Natsura version and the Houdini version and edition you are running.
  • The log. Natsura writes a log file that usually names what went wrong; see Troubleshooting for where it lives.
  • What you did and what happened. The steps that led to the problem, the exact error message, and what you expected instead.
  • The scene, if you can share it. A minimal scene that reproduces the issue is the single most useful thing you can send.
