Atlas Mesh

Atlas pipeline auxiliary. Mesh construction, subdivision, part merging, and per-region shaping (border, spine, vein) for atlas cards.
Part of the experimental atlas pipeline. Detailed parameter prose is still being filled in.

Atlas Mesh is an auxiliary node in the atlas pipeline that handles mesh construction, subdivision, part merging, and per-region shaping (border, spine, vein) of atlas cards. It uses the same border/spine/vein shape vocabulary as Atlas Emboss.
