Delay skips growth on selected branches for a set number of iterations, letting different parts of the structure develop on different schedules. Delayed branches remain in the geometry as dormant endpoints until their wait period expires. It composes with Repeat blocks for phased growth patterns where different levels of the hierarchy emerge at different times.
